The International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy<\/em> (IJSP)<\/strong><\/span> is the official journal of the Institute of Psychotherapy, Psychological Counselling and Clinical Supervision (IPCS, https:\/\/www.psyntegra.com\/en\/). The journal promotes the publication of original research papers, empirical and theoretical studies, and professional articles focused on clinical supervision in psychotherapy, addressing both independent peer psychotherapists and supervisees. IJSP aims to support professional development by encouraging both novice and experienced psychotherapists to disseminate scientific and practice-based contributions derived from their clinical and supervisory activity.<\/p>\n

Publication Frequency<\/strong><\/span>
The International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0is an annual, peer-reviewed open-access journal<\/strong>, published regularly once per year, in the month of May or June<\/strong>. The journal ensures publication continuity by releasing one complete issue every year, in accordance with its declared publishing frequency. Information regarding the publication schedule is permanently available on the journal\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n

Scope and Aims<\/strong><\/span>
The International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy<\/em> aims to disseminate new data, models, and perspectives in the field of clinical supervision in psychotherapy and to encourage reflective practice and professional dialogue regarding supervision processes. The journal promotes the development of new supervision models and encourages reflective practice among both novice and experienced psychotherapists.<\/p>\n

Editorial and Review Policy<\/strong><\/span>
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process<\/strong>. Manuscripts that are found to be consistent with the aims and scope of the journal are evaluated by independent anonymous experts and are accepted for publication only after successful peer evaluation and editorial approval.<\/p>\n

Open Access Policy<\/span>
The International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy<\/em> provides immediate open access to its content. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles and use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Publication Fees<\/strong><\/span>
IJSP does not charge fees for:<\/strong>
– article submission,
– manuscript processing,
– publication of papers.
Publication is free of charge, in support of education, research, and academic development.<\/p>\n

The International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy<\/em> (IJSP)<\/strong> is the official journal of the Institute of Psychotherapy, Psychological Counselling and Clinical Supervision (IPCS, https:\/\/www.psyntegra.com\/en\/) and it promotes the publication of original papers, studies, articles presenting the supervision activity of peer independent psychotherapists and of supervisees. This material desires to help practitioners by stimulating the writing of papers, articles, studies from the practical and theoretical fields, of novice and of experienced psychotherapists.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy<\/em><\/strong>, published once a year, intents to present new data from the clinical supervision domain, in an open access form. The journal allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allows readers to use them for any other lawful purpose.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The scope is to promote new clinical supervision models and to encourage the practitioner\u2019s reflection on the clinical supervision process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The review policy is double blind peer-review. If manuscripts sent are found to be in accordance with the journal objective, these are peer reviewed by anonymous experts before receiving approval for publication.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The Journal has been indexed by CrossRef<\/strong> and has the DOI code: 10.47409\/ijsp, and a DOI code associated to each paper published. The Journal has also been indexed in the ICI Journals Master List<\/strong> database, the Index Copernicus Value (ICV) for 2023 was 73.75.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
